These Terms govern your use of the Macroful app. By creating an account or using Macroful, you agree to these Terms.

Macroful is provided by Serkan Erdogan, Le Ciel 2, Unit 205, Port La Mer, Jumeirah First, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: support@macroful.app.

Macroful helps you track meals, calories, and macronutrients, including AI-based nutrition calculations from photos, labels, barcodes, and text. Macroful is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Calculated nutrition values and goals depend on the available inputs and may differ from actual values.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law to use the service.

Some features require Macroful Premium. Subscriptions are purchased through Apple and renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices and any trial terms are shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled under Apple's applicable policies.

AI-generated nutrition information can be inaccurate. Review and correct values before saving. Do not rely on Macroful for decisions where nutritional precision is medically critical.

Do not misuse, disrupt, overload, unlawfully access, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, resell, or use Macroful for unlawful purposes.

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, transmit, and process that content solely to operate and provide Macroful to you.

Macroful's software, design, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only the rights needed for normal personal use of the service.

We may maintain, modify, add, or remove service features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Where required by applicable law, mandatory rights relating to digital services remain unaffected.

You may stop using Macroful and delete your account. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, abuse, security reasons, or where required by law.

Macroful is provided subject to applicable mandatory consumer law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of AI-calculated nutrition information. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health where applicable.

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
